PrisStore provides digital products, including crypto images, eBooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable resources. As our products are delivered digitally, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.
1. Digital Products
All products available through PrisStore are digital products. No physical products are shipped.
Because digital products may be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the circumstances described below.
Please carefully review the product description, previews, included files, format, and requirements before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Digital Products
Please check your purchased product after receiving or downloading it.
If you experience any of the following issues:

4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with your order details.
We may review the transaction and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

A refund will generally not be provided where a customer has purchased, downloaded, copied, shared, redistributed, resold, or otherwise misused a digital product and subsequently requests a refund.
Purchasing a digital product does not automatically grant permission to redistribute or resell the original files.
7. Exchanges
Because PrisStore sells digital products, traditional product exchanges are generally not applicable.
If you accidentally receive an incorrect product or encounter a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us. We will review the situation and may provide the correct product or another appropriate solution.
8. Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

10. Cryptocurrency & Educational Products
Some PrisStore products may contain information relating to cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, airdrops, or other digital-asset opportunities.
Purchasing an educational guide or eBook does not guarantee profits, rewards, investment returns, airdrop eligibility, or any particular financial result.
Refunds will not generally be issued solely because a customer did not achieve a particular result from using educational content.
